Sweeping Of The Holy Spirit

Prophets are prophesying regarding the sweeping move of the Holy Spirit.  Their words an announcement of the fresh move, refreshing, and strengthening of Yah’s people.  And while this is true, I am coming to recognize more and more that there are levels to every word that The Most High speaks by His Spirit.  As prophets, watchmen, and a prophetic people, it is necessary to bring a balance of exhortation and sobriety with joy to every word given, for the ecclesia to adequately prepare for what is coming.  This balance causes you and I to prepare joyfully and diligently for what is to come.  Surely, the Spirit of Truth is ever willing and always ready to do all things that our Heavenly Father has ordained for this hour, including the sweeping move, yet my question to you is…. Are You Ready For This? 

See the Holy Spirit moving means you and I will be disturbed from our places of comfort and may bring anyone of us to places of confinement for confrontation, conviction, and/or correction for much:  theology, traditions of men, religious beliefs, and personal convictions are tested, tried, and consumed when the Holy Spirit moves.  The Spirit of Truth speaks hard sayings plainly, matter of fact, and with a straightforwardness, which at times can be initially difficult to receive.  His conversation and conviction in righteousness a direct challenge to anyone’s personal status quo thinking and complacency.  His words, insights, and instructions are the kinds of sayings that disperse crowds of followers, diminish large numbers from gathering, reduce a multitude to a mere 120 faithful individuals. 

He is able to do wonders with a small handful of believers simply known as the remnant within a remnant.  He identifies those disciples who are willing to adhere to a simple, yet perhaps unpopular instruction ‘to wait for the promise of The Father to be bestowed upon them.’  He seeks for the mature to whom He can provide strong meat for conversations, dialogues, and reasonings with the Holy Spirit shatters spiritual and psychological strongholds and arguments that attempt to hinder truth.  He is making them fit and ready for The Most High to scatter and send abroad of His servants those who have yielded their heart and life to the leading of His Holy Spirit.  Those who take advantage of the opportunity and time of preparation towards maturity and stability before being sent out.  Yahshuah plainly speaks of this when saying to John ‘Feed my sheep.’  He spoke plainly of a time of maturity…a time when John, or perhaps you and I, would stretch forth our hands and another would gird us and carry us where we would not wish to go.

As the temple of the Holy Spirit, you, and I, are required to move when He moves…so again, my question to you …Are You Ready For This?  Ready to be girded, moved, and carried abroad where you would not wish to go.  But, before you answer too quickly, it is necessary to be honest with how you are fairing amongst the footmen.  The footmen are a time, atmosphere, or place of relative peace where the ecclesia walks and publishes the Word of The Most High in safety.  During the time of the footmen, the proclamation of the gospel, though it may not be popular, it is not censored nor results in persecution.  There is a freedom to boldly publish the Word of God to the masses without imprisonment, confinement, or persecution.  The footmen are the precursors before the horsemen.

The horsemen, on the other hand, represent a time of swelling and great persecution against the body of Yahshuah when men are entering into houses beating believers for their faith, seeking, and destroying the lives of the saints, letters are given for our capture and even torture because it would please those in authority.  It was during those times that the Holy Spirit is being poured out and moving upon the hearts of men to go and proclaim, publish, evangelize, and refresh the saints.   It is during these highly distressful times that we need The Ruach Ha’Qodesh even more to remain bold, courageous, and effective witnesses for Yahshuah Ha’Mashiach.  During these times, the cry of a well-prepared people is being lifted before the Father, not to end the persecution, but to grant to His servants to speak the word with all boldness.  Yah sees His people:  our desperate desire to be effective witnesses, our willingness to endure tremendous persecution and suffering, and our prayers, petitions, and supplications for more of His grace, strength, endurance, and He responds to the cries of His people.  His response is to send a sweeping move of the Holy Spirit, to reinvigorate, resuscitate, revive, and fill again assemblies of those gathered in His Name and for the cause of His Kingdom to speak and declare the word of The Most High with all boldness.

So again, my question to you is…Are You Ready For This?  As it would be so unwise to diminish the work of The Holy Spirit merely to an emotional response, you may experience and your expressions that arise during worship as the Holy Spirit expresses our adoration of the Father and Father’s love for us.  Recognize continually the Holy Spirit is so much more:  a well-prepared Comforter, Strengthener, Standby, Intercessor, Advocate, Help.  Truly there is a sweeping of The Holy Spirit, which will refresh and strengthens us for the most difficult of situations quickly approaching.   Our soul will be restored and thoroughly supplied by His continual presence and influence upon our hearts as we yield His leading, guidance, and instructions.  He will guide us to into times of prayer and quiet before the Father so that The Most High can pour down upon, unlock within each of us those things He has thoroughly furnished and provided for us that pertain to life and godliness.  The Holy Spirit is The Most High Himself working in us to will and to do according to His own good pleasure, preparing and working in us a ready obedience to our Heavenly Father, so that you and I Are Ready For This…whatever, this is, that The Father requires of us.
